Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport offers three meeting rooms totaling 1,600 square feet (26x62), accommodating a maximum of100 people.  Meeting Place 1 and 2 offer 390 square feet each (26x15) and can accommodate up to 25 people.  Meeting Place 1 is 806 square feet (26x31) and can accommodate up to 50 people. Meeting Place 1, 2, and 3 can be arranged a number of different ways, including:
  • Theater 
  • Classroom
  • Conference
  • U-Shape
  • Hollow Square (maximum occupancy varies). 
Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport offers state-of-the-art audio visual equipment that can be rented and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout entire hotel (Ethernet also available). Save money and time utilizing the All-Inclusive Meeting Room Rental package which includes the meeting room, all AV equipment, continental breakfast, AM and PM breaks and lunch.  Ala carte pricing is also available.
